The rooms are spotless and peaceful up on the 3rd floor, with a fantastic location right next to Starbucks making it convenient.

The room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds that made us feel right at home 😊. Plus, there was a sauna to relax in after a long day of exploring. The location couldn't have been better – we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

The room I had was well-equipped and a nice size with unscented products. The staff was competent. The breakfast was complimentary with yogurt and the waffle maker had everything you could want.

Incredible and pleasant staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. The rooms with king size bed, a sauna, unscented products. With a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Early check in and late check out.

A bit rude staff!

When we arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long flight from Europe, we were relieved to find that the location was extremely convenient. We were able to easily locate the hotel right off the main freeway, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The friendly staff at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us, providing printed directions to the wedding we were attending that evening. The next day, they even printed out directions for our trip back to the airport. As tired travelers, we were grateful for their helpfulness. Additionally, we were pleased to discover a Starbucks and a great Mexican food restaurant nearby, allowing us to grab a quick bite to eat without having to go too far.

The check out staff at the hotel were rude and unhelpful. We experienced a miscommunication regarding the check out time, as the website, app, and hotel signs all stated a checkout time of 12pm.

It was a bit of a busy street. Everything else was fine

We've stayed here multiple times and the same friendly guy always checks us in, making us feel welcomed. The staff is pleasant and helpful, even going out of their way to print directions for us. The location is convenient, right off the freeway, yet we didn't hear any noise. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The shower water pressure was excellent, and the breakfast was good.
